Lived executive experience
I spent fifteen years in senior leadership roles at Nike, including two Global VP positions and Chief of Staff to the CMO. That experience gives me first-hand understanding of the complexity, pressure, possibility, and human dynamics of leadership from the inside.
Coaching in context
I work with leaders in the context of the systems around them, considering team dynamics, organizational relationships, culture, and their own growth and aspirations.
Pattern recognition and synthesis
Storytelling and story-listening are central to my work. I listen for underlying connections, weave together threads of insight, and help leaders see patterns or possibilities they may be missing.
