Executive Coach & Leadership Advisor | Global Business LeadeR

Kerri Hoyt-Bridgnell is an executive coach and leadership advisor with more than thirty years of experience leading organizations, building teams, and developing people inside complex global businesses. Her career has been shaped by an enduring curiosity about people: what moves us, connects us, helps us grow, and allows us to do meaningful work together.

In 2018, Kerri founded  The Liberty Collective, an executive coaching and leadership advisory practice working with senior leaders and teams through growth, transition, and organizational change. Since then, she has worked with more than 1,500 leaders across organizations including Nike, Target, Lululemon, Atlassian, Kin Euphorics, Coldstream Wealth Management, and Superfeet. Her work spans 1:1 executive coaching, senior-team advisory, facilitated team development, executive offsites, and bespoke leadership programs.

Building an organization's culture and shaping its evolution is the unique and essential function of leadership.

Edgar Schein, MIT Sloan School of Management

Before founding The Liberty Collective, Kerri spent fifteen years at Nike in increasingly senior global roles, including two Global Vice President positions and Chief of Staff to the CMO. Her leadership spanned NikeWomen, Greater China during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, and the creation of Nike’s first integrated physical-and-digital retail marketing organization. Earlier in her career, she worked at Wieden+Kennedy and other agencies before taking an unconventional seven-year turn as an independent consultant while co-owning and operating a wilderness lodge in Southeast Alaska.

Kerri’s approach today has been shaped by both sides of that experience: decades spent leading inside complex organizations and years spent coaching leaders through their own moments of growth and transition. She brings a practical understanding of organizational life, a strong instinct for patterns and relationships, and a belief that meaningful development happens when leaders can connect who they are with the context in which they lead.

Across those very different chapters, a consistent thread has emerged: Kerri is drawn to the human dynamics underneath the work—how people grow, how trust is built, how teams find alignment, and how leaders create the conditions for others to do their best work.

Kerri has also served eight years on the board of the Oregon Food Bank, including as Board Chair, and helped found Nike’s MeetCancer employee network following her own experience with breast cancer.
